2. Products & Services

All furniture products displayed on our website are subject to availability. We reserve the right to discontinue any product at any time. Product colors may vary slightly from images shown due to screen settings and lighting conditions during photography.

• Custom orders may require additional time for completion
• Product specifications are subject to change without notice

3. Pricing & Payment

All prices are listed in Nigerian Naira (NGN) and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless otherwise stated. We reserve the right to change prices at any time without prior notice.

• Payment must be received before delivery
• We accept bank transfers, card payments, and cash on delivery (where applicable)
• Promotional prices are valid for the specified period only
• Installation fees may apply for certain products

4. Orders & Confirmation

When you place an order, you will receive an email confirmation. This confirmation does not constitute acceptance of your order. We reserve the right to refuse any order for any reason.

Order cancellation is possible within 24 hours of placing the order. After production has started, cancellation fees may apply.

5. Delivery

Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. We will make every effort to deliver within the stated timeframe. Delivery charges are calculated based on location and product size.

• Lagos Metropolitan Area: 3-7 business days
• Other Nigerian States: 7-14 business days
• Custom orders: 2-6 weeks depending on specifications
• Customer must be present to receive and inspect delivery

6. Quality Guarantee

We stand behind the quality of our furniture. All products come with a manufacturer's warranty covering defects in materials and workmanship.

• Structural frames: 1-2 years warranty
• Upholstery fabric: 6-12 months warranty
• Hardware and mechanisms: 1 year warranty
• Normal wear and tear is not covered

7. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of MV Styles Interior Furniture and protected by Nigerian and international copyright laws.

8. Limitation of Liability

MV Styles Interior Furniture shall not be liable for any damages arising from the use or inability to use our products or services, including but not limited to direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
