Can I modify or cancel my order?
Before Confirmation: You can modify or cancel your order request anytime before we confirm it.
After Confirmation: Contact us immediately via WhatsApp or phone. We'll try our best to accommodate changes, but this depends on the processing status.
After Payment: Cancellations may be subject to a restocking fee. Please refer to our Return Policy.
Do product colors match the photos exactly?

How long does delivery take?
Lagos Mainland: Same day delivery (prior to time of purchase)
Lagos Island: Same day delivery (prior to time of purchase)
Other States: 5-14 business days (might arrive earlier, all is under probability)
Note: Delivery times may vary during peak seasons. We'll provide a specific timeline when confirming your order.
What are the delivery costs?
Delivery fees depend on your location and order size:
- Lagos (within city): ₦3,000 - ₦8,000
- Lagos (outskirts): ₦8,000 - ₦15,000
- Other states: Varies by location
Free Delivery: Orders above ₦200,000 within Lagos qualify for free delivery!
The exact delivery fee will be confirmed when we process your order.
Do you offer assembly/installation services?
Yes! We provide professional assembly and installation services:
- Basic Assembly: Included for most items (beds, wardrobes, chairs)
- Complex Installation: May incur additional fees (wall units, large setups)

We accept returns within 7 days of delivery if:

Do you offer warranties?
Yes! All our products come with warranty coverage:
- Wooden Furniture: 6-12 months against manufacturing defects
- Upholstered Items: 6 months on frame, 3 months on fabric
- Mattresses: 12 months warranty

How do I report a damaged item?
Report damage immediately upon delivery:
